Privacy Policy — Ring Glance

The short version

Ring Glance is built around one principle: your health data stays on your iPhone. We — the developer — never see, collect, receive, or store any of your personal data. We operate no servers.

What data the app uses

When you connect your Oura account, Ring Glance reads your own Oura Ring data to display it to you, including:

• Daily Sleep, Readiness, and Activity scores
• Resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), and body-temperature deviation
• Sleep duration and sleep stages (deep / REM / light)
• Daytime stress summary
• Steps and calories

Where that data lives

• On your device only. Your Oura data is stored locally on your iPhone (in an app container shared between the app and its widgets). It is never uploaded to us or any third-party server.
• Your Oura access token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and is marked non-migratable (it is not included in device backups or transfers).
• No servers. The app talks directly to Oura's API using your token. Your data never passes through any infrastructure we control.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your data.
• We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not use your data to train any AI or machine-learning system.

Oura

Ring Glance is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ōura Health Oy. Sign-in is handled by Oura's own login. Your use of Oura data is also subject to Oura's Privacy Policy and Terms.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you can remove it completely at any time by disconnecting your Oura account in the app, or by deleting the app. There is nothing stored on our end to delete.

Children's Privacy

Ring Glance is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
